Registration Guidelines

  • Please ensure that an updated email address and mobile number are provided for all conference communications.
  • Conference registration is mandatory for all delegates and accompanying persons.
  • All bank and transaction charges must be borne by the delegate.
  • Card and online payments will incur an additional 3% processing fee.
  • Spot registration payments will be accepted only via Cash, Card, or UPI.
  • Registrations are strictly non-transferable.
  • Delegates must wear their QR-coded or bar-coded badges at all times inside the venue.
  • Please carry your payment receipt during the registration process.
  • The organizers are not responsible for any date changes or loss/theft of personal belongings.
  • Online registration closes on 7 November 2025; thereafter, only spot registration will be available.
  • A government-approved photo ID must be carried for onsite verification.
  • Any changes in registration slabs will be updated on the website and will apply immediately.
  • The organizers reserve the right to reject or modify registration categories if discrepancies are found.
  • Registration of accompanying delegates is mandatory.
  • RSSDI members above 75 years of age should email info@rssdi2026bengaluru.com.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Email the secretariat for cancellation, using the same email used for registration.
  • 50% refund for cancellations before 1 June 2026.
  • 75% deduction for cancellations between 1 June – 31 Aug 2026.
  • No refunds after 1 September 2026.
  • Refunds processed one month after the conference.
